Analysis of the organizational climate to understand internal communication from the perspective of productivity in the Department of Official Gazzles of the National Printing Workshop

Abstract

The general objective of this article is to analyze the organizational climate in the Department of Official Gazettes of the National Press through diagnostic instruments, in order to understand internal communication from the perspective of productivity. It will help as an input to improve the organizational climate, its internal communication and impact on productivity, which have been affected in some way during 2021. To do this, a mixed approach will be used, under the type of exploratory and descriptive research of the method deductive and inductive; For this, the design of the research will be transversal - descriptive, using primary, secondary and tertiary sources of information; so a survey, questionnaire and interview will be implemented for data collection.

The total department collaborators who were part of this project are 13 people. It was possible to observe among the main conclusions that a high percentage of collaborators state that they know all the communication channels and their effectiveness, it was also detected that there are shortcomings in the way of communicating by the heads, as well as, it is necessary that both the heads as collaborators receive feedback and training in different aspects.
