Abstract

Traditional learning becomes a hybrid methodology with the application of new technological tools, but it shows that the generational characteristics of the learners are influenced in their training process. The "baby boomers" is a generation that was born without the internet and has had to adapt to technology, generation "x" constantly changes tasks which has led them to understand technology and generation "y" has experienced constant technological innovation. The diversity of generational characteristics require that digital training processes consider these variables of knowledge acquisition by students.
