Abstract

Data-driven leadership has emerged as one of the most significant transformations in organizational management. In a context where organizations increasingly rely on Big Data to understand markets and environments, improve operations, and anticipate risks, a new type of leader has arisen: one who interprets, questions, and utilizes information to inform strategic decisions. This paper examines the role of the data-driven leader, highlighting that their strength lies not only in technical expertise but also in their ethical and political acumen, and in how they communicate data through human judgment.
