Teacher interaction in virtual learning environments in higher education: a literature review

Abstract

This article seeks to determine how to promote an effective interaction between the teacher and the student when faced with a query or doubt generated in an educational process. Interactive processes or interaction between educational actors are necessary to support the teaching-learning process. This literature review takes 20 documents carried out directly with interaction and interactivity in virtual learning environments, mostly in higher education. At the end of the review, what is needed to effectively develop an effective interaction is provided as conclusions.
