BUSINESS ALLIANCE FOR PROGRESS IN THE DISTRICT OF DOTA

Abstract

With the vision of justifying the need to develop a strategic alliance to build an electric power distribution line in order to improve the living conditions of eighty families located in the communities of El Cedral, La Guaria and San Joaquín de Santa María de Dota. The general objective is to propose an improvement in the conditions of territorial rural progress for the mentioned communities, through the strategic business alliance between the Cooperativa de Electrificación Rural Los Santos R.L. (COOPESANTOS R.L.) and the Instituto de Desarrollo Rual (INDER) with the purpose of building an electrical power distribution branch, in the year 2023. Various instruments are developed within the methodological framework in which they participate as a sample to apply a survey to twenty people in which heads of household and housewives were considered, this to learn about the needs that surround them around basic services. Likewise, with the general manager of COOPESANTOS R.L., and with the territorial adviser of INDER in the Los Santos Zone to acquire knowledge about the vision of carrying out a strategic alliance with a view to community rural development, then the manager was interviewed in an interview was carried out COOPESANTOS R.L., of energy distribution projects to be able to land the technical needs of the execution of the project. And finally, an analysis matrix is ​​contemplated to acquire knowledge about the responsibilities of each institution with the execution of the electrification project in the communities of El Cedral, La Guaria and San Joaquín de Santa María de Dota. The foregoing, to conclude with the improvement proposal that establishes as a general objective to establish the strategic alliance through the equitable contribution of financial resources, between COOPESANTOS R.L., and (INDER), to specify the construction of the electrical network for the benefit of the communities El Cedral, La Guaria and San Joaquín de Santa María de Dota.
