ACCEPTANCE OF THE FROZEN FRUIT PRODUCT OFTHE COMPANY OF OUR LAND IN THE PROVINCE OFCARTAGO

Abstract
In recent years, frozen products have become a popular and practical option in the daily diet of millions of people around the world. From fruits and vegetables to meats and prepared dishes, the variety of frozen products available on the market is astonishing and adapts to different tastes and lifestyles. The problem posed in the presented thesis was How does the acceptance of frozen fruit and vegetable products influence the sales growth of the De nuestra Tierra Company in the province of Cartago, Costa Rica, during the period of 2023?, whose objective was to analyze the acceptance of frozen fruit and vegetable products, using a mixed research methodological approach. Through a survey carried out, it was obtained as a result that 80% of people classify the quality of the product as excellent and also that the product with the highest consumption is the Green Smoothie, so it was concluded that the frozen products of the De nuestra tierra company have great acceptance in the consumer, and that for this it is important to follow some recommendations that the study showed.
